Shipping Policy & Return Policy
Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 9am PST and 2pm EST, will ship the same day. Orders placed after these times will ship the following business day, however, during periods of high order volume which occur without notice, orders may take 2-3 business days or more to ship. Back ordered/out of stock items may take longer than 3 business days to ship. Customers will be notified by our customer service team with projected shipping times. Same day shipping on orders cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances, even if an express shipping method has been chosen.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances out of our control may impact delivery time.
Please note that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday and no orders will be processed in that timeframe.
We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Shipping costs will be based on the weight of the product, which is listed on the product's individual page.

All refund requests must be made within 5 business days of the customers receipt of goods by emailing [email protected] or calling (805) 456-6088 for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and to do not cover original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Product sleeves must not be opened in order to qualify for a refund.
All damaged goods requests must be made within 5 business days of the customers receipt of goods by emailing [email protected] or calling (805) 456-6088 for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Damaged goods will be refunded 100% of the purchase price and 100% of return shipping costs. Acceptance of a claim for a damaged goods refund is subject to the discretion of Be Green Packaging and will be decided based on the receipt of adequate proof (i.e. pictures and video) of damage furnished by the customer.
